Never sent my order. Never returned my e-mails, in fact they blocked my e-mails. Lie's after lie's. They took my money. They are dirty thieves, scum of the earth.

I was not happy at all with the service I got from this site. I placed my first order on a Sunday and ordered only one item. They said they can't transact anything until Monday because Sat and Sun are not a buisness day for them. Right away I got an email from them saying they got my order and are transacting it and would send me another email when it has been shipped out. I figured The next day on Monday I would get that email from then saying it was shipped. I did not get that email until Wedensday saying it was now shipped out. It says on their website it should take 3 to 5 days to ship it depending on where you live. It took a week and a half to finally get it. They said on the website don't count the day its shipped on as one of your shipping days.
I decided I would try and order from them one more time since this was the cheapest site I could get this stuff priced at. I was getting real low on the stuff I was taking and was thinking I better order another jug before I run out. I placed the order plenty of time in advance I thought so I would have it before I ran out. This time it took them 4 days to finally send me the email saying it was finally shipped. I was like why does it take them that long to finally tell me its know been shipped when they say on the website that they try and get every order shipped out right away and if you need to cancel your order you need to email them right away because they ship everything right away. This time it took them a little longer to ship my stuff. This time it took them 2 weeks to ship it and I was out of my stuff for a couple days. The place I workout at they were selling this stuff also and I decided to buy it from them instead. I figured that when my stuff finally shows up I will just keep that until the next month. I would not recommend this site at all. Another bad thing about this site is that the only way of contacting them is by email and I don't think they ever respond back to you when you email them. Also they should have a phone where you can call them if you have questions or problems but I did see a phone anywhere on their website.
I was really upset with this site because it took so long to get my stuff even though they say on their website how quick they are to get everything sent out. I sent them a email telling them my situation and that I was not happy with there service and would never order from them again and I wanted them to respond back to me and explain the problem I was having but they never responded back to me. Now I see on there website that they raise the price on the stuff I was ordering by $5. Don't ever order from them.

Always had good luck with the company till my last order. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!! Won't return my emails! Didn't ship me one of my products, another arrived damaged, and another they completely misrepresented on their web site. BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY!!! HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS AND THESE CROOKS GO UNDER!!! Obviously this is an ongoing trend just wished I would have read a review like the one I am posting before I ordered. Stick to Amazon or a company you can trust. NOT WORTH SAVING 2 BUCKS!

Thieves is the only word to describe what My Supplement Store is. received wrong product a month later that was smaller container and they actually had changed the order form from what I originally ordered. No customer service and a BIG F.U. to their consumer base. Hope they fail through the recession.

I have used this site in the past to order sports supplements and found it to be the best site for variety and price. I always reaceive an email notifying that my order has been prcessed and and is ready to be shipped within an hour of placing it, and i reaceive it in about 2 to 3 days.

I am so mad, I will never use mysupplementstore.com ever again. I e-mailed them three times for a backordered item, that was never sent to me, but they had no problem stealing my money. Buyer beware, use A1 or bodybuilding, they have excellant customer service. I am so mad.
