I placed an order somewhere else on the 14th also and recieved the package 2 days ago on the 18th.
the customer service was slow for me also.
Will probably not order from them EVER again.

Great place to get your supplements, I have used Mass Nutrition since I have been working out. They have great prices and the selection is outrageous. I live in Florida and they operate out of Miami, every time I order ANYTHING it will arrive within 1-2 days via standard shipping! Customer Service is great when items are back ordered, they will contact you and make you aware. I love this place and will continue to support them!

I put a 7 for service because I always order over the web (never had to talk to anyone). Selection is just an 8 they don't carry certain items that I've seen on this website and wanted to try. You can't beat their prices though!! Shipping for me is excellent, I'm 30 miles from their warehouse in Florida.

This by far is my favorite site to order from because of the prices (as long as you stock up and get the free shipping) and I receive my order in a reasonable amount of time (usually in 3 days). The only complaint I have is there customer service kind of stinks I never get a tracking number sent to me nor am I able to track it from their web site like they suggest but it is a small complaint considering I always get my order on time.

iv ordered through massnutrition a few times now and they have the lowest prices i can find and a great selection. i did have one problem with them though i placed an order and decided i didnt really need any more of the product i ordered at the time so not even 30 mins later i sent an email to the address they send in the email they send you after placing an order asking if they could just cancel my order for now. it usually takes them at least a day to process the order normally but by the time i got home from the gym i already had a tracking number and they had charged my account... soo it seems like if you want your order to get processed super fast just send them an email saying you want to cancel your order. still havent received a reply from them yet.

Put in an order with mass nutrition about a 3 weeks ago. Bought 2 bottles of max out and one bottle of maximize by Iforce nutrition. When I received my order, the maximize was in TERRIBLE shape. The plastic by the lid was leaking white powder, the top of it was literally black with dust, and the container was banged up. In spite of all of this, I still used the product once just because I did not want to take the time to send it back. I opened up the container and the powder was very clumpy and almost moist. It was pretty obvious that the product had been frozen and thawed several times. I compare the texture to rocks and play sand, seriously. Anyways I used the product once and it made me very sick, as I actually threw up after my workout. The product was obviously bad, and I contacted the company to return it. On my SECOND e-mail, mass nutrition finally responded back saying that they take nothing back that is already open. What a joke!!! This is obviously their fault for their terrible storage of products, and theirs no way me as the consumer should take this. I actually contacted the BBB yesterday, and are waiting for a response. I dont care how cheap your products are, who cares when I get them and they look like they have been ran through a microwave for 10 minutes. Il never suggest anyone to this company, and they have lost a customer for life.

This sute is very close to being the be all end all of the online supplement stores. No one can touch there prices. They carry almost all of my normal purchases. My only complaint is that they don't carry kre alkalyn. If you like Universal Animal Products this site is at least 10%-15% cheaper than anywhere this goes for other products as well. Shipping is a few dollars more than most sites, but typically you save this in the price of the first product you purchase. I gave them a 9 for service only due to the fact the search engine on the site isn't that great so don't go there to browse know what you are buying in advance. Expect to buy big brand name supps at generic costs. Every order I have place with these guys has left there warehouse the next day.

This site has the best prices I've ever seen. I always check a few basic supplements to see their prices. One of these sups I usually check is Animal Pak, which they have for 20.50. Best price I've ever seen. They don't have everything though, I noticed they did not have any kre alkalyn. It took them one entire week to process my order, which is pretty bad. It took one more week to ship from florida to california. Shipping is based on weight, and with 10 lbs of Protein it was about 15. I emailed them a couple of days after ordering to check on my status, and they emailed me right back. My order came on the day it was scheduled and everything was intact. Good place overall, just anticipate the long wait for processing and shipping.

HAD A HORRIBLE EXPIRINCE THEY SENT ME OPENED BOTTLES CONTAINERS THAT WERE TAPED UP WITH SCOTCH TAPE AND WHEN I CALLED THEIR 1-800 IT SAID NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE THAT IT WAS ONLY FOR ORDERS IF U WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE U HAD TO EMAIL WELL I SENT PLENTY OF EMAILS AND NOTHING I CALLED THE PHONE WERE ITS FOR ORDERS AND THEY SAID TO SEND A EMAIL I TOLD THEM NOBODY RESPONDS TO ME AFTER 2 WEEKS THEY TO KEEP ON EMAILING I TOLD THEM U KNOW WHAT FORGET IT ILL TAKE MY BUSINEES ELSE WERE

They have the "Best" prices online that you can get without coupons. Their shipping is fair but not great for he price. In the end, An order shipped by Massnutrition will cost you 8-10% less than competitors even with coupon codes on the competitors.
I did not have any experience with customer service so I cannot rate them accurately but I did like the order feedback and the shipment tracking.
One last thing is that MassNutrition when shipped via UPS does not require signatures for delivery which is nice because I am never home during the day.

Massnutrition.com has the best prices and the best variety of the products I use. The only downside is all of there custormerservie has to be done by email with is a drag. Shipping is priced on weight so its fair. Overall pretty good supp retailer.

They've got the best prices i've found, and they usually ship within 4 business days. They're selection is pretty good. There've only been like two things i haven't been able to find there. If your lookin for somethin, check em out cause they usually have it at a really good price (usually like 50% retail)

best deal in the world if you get spend $200 to get free shipping. They have a smaller name brand inventory but it works for me.

Ok these guys do have good prices, I'll give them that... but their service is the WORST I've ever expericenced. I ordered some supplements that arrived in destroyed condition, and would not have been able to know that untill opening the containers. Nobody from customer service would repond to this despite numerous e-mails and calls, untill one day someone blandly told me that I won't get a refund. So the message I recieved was "yeah we sold you a defective product, but too bad because we're not going to give you a refund...". The product I ordered was VPX BCAA EX, and the bottome half of the pills where smashed into powder when I opened the bottle.

They dont have everything, thats why I gave them a 9 for selection, but for the products that I do buy, I find they have the best prices overall and very fast shipping. I ordered my product on a friday and had it by wednesday morning, not bad considering I had to wait over the weekend for the order to go through.. highly recommended

I usually buy from DPS Nutrition and find them the best overall price, but depending on what you are buying, you may like Mass Nutrition better. I sometimes buy from both companies. Check it out for yourself, it's worth the chance.
