I recently bought this product while searching for oral HGH sprays. I have heard that I should be skeptical about these products, but I tried anyways. The taste is mild, citrusy. I used this product in conjunction with my diet and exercise plan which is quite rigorous and I noticed an increase in energy after taking this at night. Also, I noticed an increase in physical stamina during my workouts. My muscle growth did not increase drastically but I did notice a little bit of fat loss. Overall a good product if you are looking for an energy boost for your workout.

Let me say first off, I was surprised how quickly this product worked. Within a little over a week of using the spray in the morning and before bed I was adding repetitions in each of my sets at the gym.
The spray has very little to no taste so that was a huge plus.
I take a simple multivitamin in addition to taking this spray in the morning and night. I have not experienced any side effects from taking this product regularly for over a month now. I've taken other similar products in the past and this is by far the most effective. Nothing substitutes hard work but this gave me the boost I needed.
