Recommended I see a lot of bad reviews on this but i gotta say it worked well for me. The powder that was out a few years ago was Ultimately the best working but horrible tasting. The pros for the pill form are it did give me strength gains and muscle endurance. My bench, squat and deadlift truly went up due to this product. cons are it is expensive, you need to take 8-10 pills and taste of pills is not so great. overall works well and i reccomend at least giving it a try.

NOT Recommended this was one of the first supps i ever took when i started working out. i was probly 15 and i took the highest dose recommended and it did nothing. i honestly felt nothing. even though i was 15 and new to working out i should have felt some sort of change happening in my body but there wasnt. this stuff is garbage. if u want to do more sets and more weight i suggest Mass XXX unless u want to lose weight.

if this was your first supp when you started working how did you think you would be stronger with nothing to compare to? and what did you expect to "feel"

I was new to the game, and i expected to "feel" what muscletech claimed the product would deliver. I tried a couple more muscletech supps such as nano vapor and halo, and after those i realized muscletech is overhyped and overpriced and you can ask any user on this site and 90% will agree. If your on the muscletech train i suggest you get off lol.

NOT Recommended Alright, honestly! Who can make such a terrible claim! This product was suppose to increase my strength by 10.5 % 45 minutes after consumption. Not gonna lie, never noticed one bit. It's interesting how you can base your study off of legpress and how a subject did 45 pounds more for a couple extra reps in the study. Seriously... It's legpress, I can toss on another 100 pounds and press a couple more, a near complete mental lift. Anyways, the product didn't help nor did any of the others i was suppose to stack it with. It gets a NO from me.

Recommended Expensive. Does not actually make you stronger. It does, however, allow one to rest less between sets and enjoy a more intense workout.

Recommended The pills are large, and the powder tastes terrible, but
it is the best supplement I have used. I am able to do
more reps, sets, and weight when I take this. I usually do
one or two heavy intense workouts a week so a bottle lasts
me a while. My other workout day is light and I don't push
it. Since you only take this when you do an intense workout, the cost will go up the more intense workouts you do.

NOT Recommended This product did not work for me and several other bodybuilders I work out with at the gym who tried it. Remember MuscleTech is popular because they are big sponsor of the Mr. Olympia and GNC pushes them only because the saleman get extras by pushing and selling the product. A waste of money! I can list a few other products that have given us great results.

Recommended I agree that it is expensive, but I cant agree that it doesnt work. I took half a bottle of Gakic throughout 1 semester of weightlifting my sophomore year, and went from 200 to 265, and from that time i have went from 265 to 305 in my junior year just in my garage. All the guys at school said i was on steroids. Now i weigh 175 and bench 315. The gains started when I bought Gakic.

Recommended If you read about what this product does, you'll find out that it delays fatigue. It is not a creatine-type product. I lift heavy with reps at 5 or below. It did nothing for my weightlifting workouts. I imagine if you were a bodybuilding and did a high number of reps, it would work in the gym. What I did discover is that it works incredibly well for INTENSE cardio work-outs and/or competition. I am a competitive swimmer and track sprinter. This stuff really delays fatigue and allows you to maintain a higher intensity and longer work out. In my competitions, I usually start to decline after 3 events in one day. One Gakic, all of my performances are like my first. A friend of mine is a wrestler and had the same results. Again, not noticeable in the gym, but fantastic come "game day."

Recommended A Muscle Tech supplement that lives up to the hype... I was very happy with this supplement. Like all other supplements its not going to make you a monster at the gym, but it does what it claims. It really helps eliminate the lactic acid build up in your muscle, lets you push out a few extra reps or add those few more pounds you want. Have not tryed any other supplements that are Alanine bases like this one so I dont have much to compare it to but would recomend giving this a try. The poweder doesnt mix well, need to mix it in a shaker cup, will not mix by stiring and taste horrible but works. Would recomend the pills over the powder but both are equally effective.
