	It's pretty much an over priced multi-vitamin. Wouldn't use unless you have the money to blow. Not entirely necessary. Could just get a generic multi-vitamin. Over priced for what it is worth. Pros: Cons: Multi-vitamin Too Expensive

	tryed this stuff for about two months by itself, didnt see any results with it, Animal Pak is alot better, i think MuscleTech hypes these products up so much and the product only provides minimal if any effects.
