Although this supplement is kind of expensive, it does what it says. I bought the bottle at around 240 lbs. It has helped wit my diet by curbing hunger, and it has increased my energy through workout and throughout the day. Currently, I am slightly past the half way mark on my bottle and I am at 222 lbs. Maybe I could have done it on my own, but I really think ThermXX helped through the process. At this rate, I will buy 1 more bottle to get my final weight around 200 lbs.
