Definitely Universal's best supp. Your multi-vitamins are a freegin must when lifting and working out! This pak touches base with everything you need in a vitamin and more. Not to mention that you can get a 44 pack on massnutrition.com for like $25 w/ shipping and all. Overall great increases in muscle building, energy, and recovery. 3tens.

Im back with the PAK. I tried other multi vits for a while but PAK is where its at. I take it one hour before I workout(with breakfast). Im not gonna say it gives me pumps or any of that nonsense just that I like knowing my body is Primed with all the good stuff PAK has to offer - including EAA's, a Uni-Liver tab and the digestive enzymes. A lot of pills though, but I guess thats how they pack it all in there.

Definitely an outstanding multivit. ALthougth it did contain alot of pills to take down but it is important when taking this to consume alot of water. Truly this is a great product because it is effective in terms of containing all the essential nutrients which would even benefit you more when you take other supplements but diet is key to taking this as well. Overall, affordable, effective, and unbeatable. I have already gone through three containers and look forward to another unless optimen changes my mind.

I dont think you could pack in more nutrients into a vitamin. Granted you have to swallow 11 pills (some large, some small) its def worth it. All your vitamins and minerals as well as digestive enzymes, performance enhancers and some amino acids! What more could you ask for from a multi vitamin? Oh and I usually pay about $22 for mine and you get 44 servings if you take one pack a day!

Animal Pak in my opinion is the best Multi-Vitamin available. It is essential for a bodybuilder/lifter and should always be a staple in any supplement stack. This will be in my stack at all times, no matter what. Not only does it provide what other multi-vitamins offer but it has extra BCAA and EAA which is great. I have no complaints for this product and I would recommend anyone looking for a solid multi-vitamin to give Animal Pak a try, you will not be disappointed.

Hardcore bodybuilder here. This stuff is essential for anyone looking to get their body in Prime shape. It has everything your body needs plus more. There are about 11 pills in a pak and you should try and take them all at once with a meal. You should try and take them at a consistent time each day. Most of your should suffice with one pak a day. The daily values are at the high end and you have to be careful of too much toxicity especially from vitamin A etc... They will definitely help with a weak nutritional plan. If you are in Prime shape and go hard at the gym, you could get away with two paks a day, but for most 1 is essential. The price is a bit high, but I always get the 44 pak container which lasts me a month and a half and costs around 30.00 or so from most online sites. The pills are huge though so if you have trouble swallowing pills or have a weak gag Reflex be careful. Otherwise, these completely trump any vitamin out there. the store brand variety are just general maintenance pills to help with malnutrition, while Animal Pak is meant to get your body into it's best shape while giving it what the body needs.

This product has been around for over thirty years for good reason. In my opinion it is the best multi vitamin on the market for serious athletes because it covers every thing that you need on a daily basis to preform. Not only do you get all your essential vitamins and minerals but you get the added bonus of amino acids, digestive enzymes, anti oxidants, and even some liver protection. For me the digestive enzymes just seem to make a big difference in how I feel and in my opinion are an essential for anyone eating a high protein diet and the added bonus of liver protectors like milk thistle are always good for people who take supplements that are hard on the liver too.(which is many of us here at SR.com) There are two things that I don't like about paks and that is the fact that there are a lot of pills to take and the price is pretty high. Using the method of taking two paks on heavy training days and one on off and light days a can will typically last me about a month. You can find them for about 22 bucks at the cheapest I have ever seen them, which isn't terrible per month cost, but is a bit higher than other multis and the reason I only give it a 9 on value. Luckily I have the budget to always keep paks as a staple in my supplement arsenal and I am glad that I do, because I love these things. If you can afford them I recommend them, and I am certainly not alone in that department.

When ever I am on a tough cycle or the body just needs the extra kick, I always grab the Pak. Hands down the best multi combo out there. True there are a lot of pills, but that is what makes them so effective and for true MEN

Animal Pak is a great multi-vitamin. I love how many vitamins, minerals, as well as BCAA’s I get from this. This is truly a great product. The only draw back is the amount of pills that is consumed with this product. It took me a while to down all of them. Being in a gym, with all the germs around, you need some protection. I didn’t get sick, and I feel this product helped my recovery as well. If you don’t mind the amount of pills, this is a great product!

Just finished my first can. I never really cared about multi vitamins until the word on the grape vine caught up to me and told me its actually a pretty big deal when trying to build lean muscle. So i went out and bought a stack for winter since that is when i start my bulking stage. I dont think im old enough for the Asteroid Stack so i went with a mix and match stack developed by me, based on my past experiences with these supplements. USP Labs- Jack3d, MHP- Dark Matter, Gaspari- Plasma Jet, GNC Amp creatine, GNC Amp Wheybolic and of course the Animal Pak. I dunno how to really explain it but i just looked healthier while taking the Animal Pak and still do. I mean i just look in the mirror and i look healthier all together. I look leaner thats for sure and i managed to put on 6 pounds of solid muscle this winter with this stack. The steady clean energy throughout the day is pretty nice and is has soooo much nutrients. It even has your Milk Thistle for all you guys out there that wanna keep the liver healthy and like taking allotta supps like myself. The price is awesome, its dirt cheap. I got 44 servings for 22 bucks online. It is indeed 11 pills every morning but i got used to it after a week. Give it a whirl!

I was not convinced at first when I started taking this. Did not really see any change other than my urine turning highlighter yellow. I stopped taking it for a few days and immediately got sick, started it up again and immediately got better. Now that I have been on it consistently for months I am and feel much healthier. Yes it is a lot of pills but you get used to it after awhile. I am more bothered by the weird smell than the number of pills.

This stuff is good. I have never been a big vitamin guy, but I fell in love with this stuff. Yes, there are a lot of big pills to take, but man up and choke'em down. You'll be glad you did. More energy, focus, strength, etc.. My wife even asked me if one of the pills in the pack was "blue". Let's just say she like them too!

If there is a better multi-vitamin out there I'd like to know which one it is. This one has everything you need and in sufficient doses. Shop right and you can pick up a can of 44 packs for under $20. There are a lot of pills to swallow, but they are coated and go down easy.

This was my first Multi, so i didnt have anything to compare it to until i took the vita pak from GNC, which the salesman convinced me it was better. I guess he was on comission. I payed $10 for 44 packs which is less than a quarter a day, u really cant go wrong with that.

I think someone would have to be an idiot to question the science behind Animal Pak; it's all there. Obviously one of the most renowned and go-to multi-vitamins on the market. On the contrary, the pacs of 11 vitamins is inconvenient--especially if some people take 2+ of them. The price is a bit out of hand to. Come on, it's a multi. When it comes down to it, multis supplement diet. For the general consumer I feel Animal Pak is overkill. Unless an elite athlete, most iron-free multis with a BCAA complex ought to do the trick and can be had at a fraction of the price.

Old School. I have always loved the Animal Pak. If you are an athlete on any level, you will appreciate what this product will do for you. As far as a multi goes, this is what has been tried and true for me for quite some time. Ive tried other multi's, and they were alright, I wont lie. But there is just something about the Animal Pak that has always done it for me. Everyone whines about the 11 pills, some guys say that the Pak is "underdosed", some guys whine about having to take two paks, blah blah blah. Shut up, take the pills, throw some dumbbells into the ceiling, and stomp around the gym like the Alpha Male. Its a good thing. With all 11 pills, one is actually a Uni-liver pill, which I like to take anyway, and they have a digestive enzyme that helps your body break down and absorb all the nutrients properly. You do need to take these with food, preferably after eating something, as they are fat soluble. I wont go into all the ingredients, read the label. If youre hitting it especially hard, take 2 Paks a day. Drink Lots of water, you should do that anyway. You will notice a little pep in your step, at least I did. No side effects, one reviewer said they urinated neon yellow; drink more water, and take with food. Cost will vary greatly depending on where you purchase, but find a good deal and just buy it. There's a reason that this product has been a foundational supplement for lifters and athletes for 25+ years. Try it for yourself and see.

Taking 11 pills at one time sucked and this product made me pee yellow like neon yellow when i did that,it was very weird.I liked all the stuff Universal packed into it. "above average". What worked better for me is if I took the pills(1)pack and spread it through out my day. I took 4 in the morning 3 at lunch and 4 at dinner.

I love this multi. Best bang for the buck, just look at the facts on the back! They also throw in a liver care pill in the pak! The only dwner is all the pills, but how else are you going to get that much vits, minerals and nutrients in one serving?

I'm not doubting this Multi Vitamin works. I think the fancy container it comes in and all the things in it make it really shine. It's over priced, I remember back when this vitamin was a good value many years ago now hype has pushed it price beyond what it's really worth. Animal Pak does contain many things we need that every other Multi Vitamin has in it already, we also have some extras in it like Aminos that are just to low in dosage to really make a difference. Bottom line go for NOW Adam will do the same thing for a lot cheaper.

This product blows me away with everything it covers nutritionally. I have my EFA's my EAA's milk thistle, arginine, multi-vitamin, natural test boosters, and digestive helpers to break down all 11 pills. Recommended for any serious lifter.

Its takes some getting use to when you are taking nearly a dozen pills in a sitting plus the M Stak, but this is a great product. Its a good company with alot of history in the industry, so I put my trust in the name and went for it. I'm happy with the product, however it is pricey, but what isn't when we do what we do.

It would be a better choice to go with Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men. Its cheaper and you only have to take 3 pills and not 11. Universal's multi is underdosed, to even get a beneficial amount of the ingredients in the multi, you have to take 2 packs a day which equals 22 pills. Why not just take Opti-Men and take only 3 pills a day and its alot cheaper then Animal Pak. Save your money, choose Opti-Men, you'll be glad you did.
