Let me start off by saying Legal Gear Science makes good quality products. Alright I can't dog on this product completely I felt a little more refreshed when I woke up after taking this product, but overall it didn't do much. I've actually tried it twice the first time I ran it with an M-Drol cycle no significant gains due to this product. Another time tried it by itself with no gains. The only thing this stuff is good for is the Arginine and L-Lysine. Do yourself a favor and save a ton of money. Instead of taking this product just buy L-Lysine pills take 1000 mg before bed with any Arginine Product (without caf) I use Super NOS Pump by Body Fortress ($10 for 30 day supply) and get even more growth and recovery than you'd get with this product.

This is my 2nd time taking I-gh-1 and my results are different this time around than the 1st. The 1st time I took this product I stacked it w/ Formadrol Extreme (LG Sciences)and used both products for about 4 weeks and saw roughly 5 lbs of lean muscle w/ zero side effects and noticeable strength gains. However, this 2nd time I used I-GH-1 as a stand alone T-booster, and have only seen strength increase, (this could be to the fact that I haven't stacked it w/ anything but protein). Ive used it for about a month and a half now and not real impressed as far as gaining muscle and losing fat goes, so if thats what your about dont waste your money, but i did notice results as far as sleeping better and having more all around energy.

I used it and it is amazing even better with Methyl 1-D.

Ya, I tried this stuff. Didnt really see any results toward my body, except for a better sleep at night. Thats about it. Sleep is great for you, but not what I was looking for in a GH product.
