Maybe Recommended This was one of my first protein powders i ever tried besides EAS ( I tried this multiple times, got a few tubs when i was 13, then i recently tried another tub a few weeks ago). Has an amazing amino acid profile (TONS of leucine, and glutamine) and of course a lot of protein along with pretty much no fat or carbs. The problems i had with this were that Its really expensive, there arnt a lot of servings per tub. Also all the protein is whey protein and your body cant absorb all 60 grams of whey, i know i could of split the servings up but i was 13 at the time with no knowledge of nutrition or supplementation so i didnt know any better, although i did split up the servings the second time around. The last problem isnt about the product but about how the GNC guys always hyped the crap out of this stuff. I literally had a guy tell me the stuff i was buying (ON 100% Whey) was "crap" and how i was going "to get huge" on this stuff. Then i told him how i already tried it and jokingly said that i didnt get huge, then he said "well protein doesnt build muscle, this stuff does" (as he shows me the AMP creatine 189 pills). I was about to go off on this guy but i just wanted to get out of that store. Anyways, its a good protein powder, just to expensive and hyped up way too much.
Pros:
Cons:
  • Builds Muscle
  • Quick Recovery
  • Good Taste
  • Hyped Up By Gnc Guys
  • Insanely Expensive.

Recommended I really like this product i believe it is a great way to repair your muscles after a good workout of tearing your muscles. When working out your muscles are just tearing, then your body scrambles to repair them sending blood to give oxygen to help repair them. WIth this product it repairs your muscles fast and easily! Great deal at GNC 2 bags of 21 scoops in each bad for $40.43! This product is great for if you want to loose fat, manage weight, and build lean muscle.
Pros:
Cons:
  • Builds Muscle
  • Less Sore The Day Aftr Lifts
  • Quick Recovery
  • Tastes Bad
  • Bloating

The AMP wheybolic is much better man, you should give it a try if havnt yet you will like it even more. The BCAAs are sky high! I've always thought the wheybolic line was pricey as hell tho.

Recommended First i will say that I purchased this on a BOGO deal, or I would have not have spent that much on a protein. I didn't see any sense in taking 60g's per serving so I only used two soops (40g's) per serving at 2 servings a day. Overall I would say the product works as well. The recovery was not as great as i was told it would be, but not bad. I was able to maintain the same weight while getting leaner and stronger. I would recommend this product at a reduced price but otherwise you can find products that will perform similar at a better price.

Maybe Recommended Main problem for me: price! Went to GNC and paid way too much for 2 pounds of this stuff. The serving is 3 scoops=60g protein. So 20g/ scoop..Its been a while since I finished this product, so I dont remember any of the other nutritional facts (fat, calories, carbs etc..) But I know there are way cheaper, and probably better products on the market!! I love ON's 100% Whey Protein. 24g/searving (1scoop) and low calories, sugar, and fat! All in all, good taste, okay protein intake, expensive! Hope this helps out...

NOT Recommended Took this a couple years back and i can say that it didnt do much for me. When i took this i wasn't big into lifting like i am now-a-days but even then i didnt get much out of this. I can say the guy at GNC is the only reason why i bought it.

Recommended This product worked very good for me. Until I found this site, I used this product for my first 2 months of getting back to lifting. In those 2 months, I made great gains and attribute it to this product, as it was the only product I was taking. I wish they would improve the taste, it gets old REALLY fast and tastes too 'chemical-ish'.

Cons:

NOT Recommended I have tried this product in the past when I used to think that people that worked at GNC actually knew what they were talking about and got sold on the idea that if a Protein supp costs more that it must be great. Well I am here to tell you that I have yet to try a Protein that is worth this kind of money. Also they say that a serving is 3 scoops which totals to a whopping 60g of Protein which is too much at one time for most people even post workout. The effects were no better than lots of Protein supps that I have tried for much less money. Even if you have the money to pay $60 for a tiny tub I wouldnt recommend it. On top of the price it is one of the worst tasting Proteins that I have ever had. Terrible buy just like most GNC brand products.

PS. No offense to anyone who works at GNC that knows their ***. But I have just had bad experience in the past with employees of GNC that dont know the game and look like couch potatoes.

I didn't say that it was a terrible product. I said that it was a terrible buy due to the price compared to other products that are out there. GNC brands tend to fit this trend.

NOT Recommended I thought the product was good but way too over-priced. It tasted good. It mixed okay, just average for this type of Protein shake. It seemed to aid in muscle recovery, but no more than far cheaper products I have used in the past. I can't recommend anyone buy this product unless it is on sale. It is a good product but the price is just way too high! I actually feel as though the Six Star products I have used from Wal Mart were similar in quality, taste and mixability.
There are products that are higher quality (ON) and easier on the bank account out there. I would like to add I did notice the usual gas, bloating and GI problems occurred with this supplement as does with most others in this class.
It's just way too expensive!!!

If you can get this on sale, it is a good deal, if not, go for ON's Nitrocore 24!! Comparable product with better taste/quality
