
I would have never bought this stuff except that I found it 50% off just before the holidays. For that price I figured why not, and bought four tubs.
This stuff turns your
protein shake into snot. I tried the recommended two scoops first, but had a hard time choking it down. Then I went to a scoop of Vitargo and a scoop of either dextrose or Glyco-Maize. This made it more tolerable.
The advantage of this stuff is that its supposed to enter your system much faster. I question the cost/benefit ratio when it comes to just how fast some carbs and proteins need to be. I mean if it takes 30 minutes or 15 minutes, does it really matter and is it worth paying twice as much?
Maybe I’m way off on this but I think if you buy dextrose at 1/8 the cost and spend the leftover money on some other supps, your better off.
