Recommended Extremely solid product. Stacked with kre-alkalyn and ON whey, it makes an awesome PWO.

Actually have noticed a 15 pound increase on some of my lifts since I finished my first container.

The only downside as with alot of things is the price. 36 bucks for 10 servings, thats a lil pricy when i can get 16 servings of waxy maize for 12 bucks from cyto sport.

Recommended The BEST carb supplement on the market, the proof is when you drink it after your workout you can feel the glycogen being restored back into you muscles, it was almost like a pump after the pump from the workout, i started combining with glutamine, bcaas, and 5g of creatine mono ad its an awesome P.W.O concotion,,, however be warned that its not the most mixable drink out there, there will be some clumps from time to time

Recommended started using this as my post workout insulin spiker w/ some bcaa powder and creatine mono. i saw instant results with this product. after 10-15minutes of ingesting i could feel my muscles start to swell back up. needless to say my recovery time was shortened to the point where i could do the exact same workout program(exercise, reps, weight) as i did the day before. i would only do 1 scoop instead of 2, just to stretch it out. an unbelievable product that will hit you with results from day one. not many products can say that.

Cons:
  • Improved Endurance
  • Recovery
  • Increased Energy
  • Builds Muscle

Recommended hi guys i just finished 3 tubs of Vitargo S2 in tropical fruit flavor and here is my input.
the product is GREAT and effective. after drinking it i didn't feel bloated and felt a lil energy boost. this help if you are extremely tired.
mixability sucks!! no you do not need a blender for this product (won't make much of a difference) lol. once you mix this product with water you need to shake it fast and well or else it will turn into gelatin. once it turns into gelatin it is pretty much wasted (unless you wanna scrape it off your shaker and eat it (lol)
price is expensive. i also bought it on sale to try it, but retail is just way too much. also 3 tubs sounds like a lot, but trust me it isn't and won't last that long. hope you guys find this review helpful. have a great workout peeps!

Recommended I just finished my 2nd tub of vitargo and must say this stuff definitely does help with recovery. I took it immediately following workouts and the next morning. I was not near as sore next day when taking vitargo. This stuff does not mix well if you don't mix it fast and with enough liquid. I added it to my Myoplex deluxe with some extra water and had to make sure i put it in at the last second before blending or it turned into a gelatinous ball. Makes your shake much thicker but defiantly tolerable. The main problem with vitargo is the price, it is expensive and the serving sizes are huge so a tub does not last long. If you have the money it is not a bad choice just and expensive one.

NOT Recommended I would have never bought this stuff except that I found it 50% off just before the holidays. For that price I figured why not, and bought four tubs.
This stuff turns your protein shake into snot. I tried the recommended two scoops first, but had a hard time choking it down. Then I went to a scoop of Vitargo and a scoop of either dextrose or Glyco-Maize. This made it more tolerable.
The advantage of this stuff is that its supposed to enter your system much faster. I question the cost/benefit ratio when it comes to just how fast some carbs and proteins need to be. I mean if it takes 30 minutes or 15 minutes, does it really matter and is it worth paying twice as much?
Maybe I’m way off on this but I think if you buy dextrose at 1/8 the cost and spend the leftover money on some other supps, your better off.

Recommended I use vitargo as a post work out recovery. I use one to two scoops depending on the intensity of my work out. Originally I used it exclusively for my cardio, but I had such good recovery that I incorporated it into my weight training post work out supplementation. My recovery is nothing short of miraculous. I feel great afterwards and I've noticed significant improvement in performance as well. Interesting side note: my creatine works better combined with this than alone.
I read some of these reviews saying that it doesn't mix well. I would recommend following the directions on the jug as closely as possible because it has different instructions than most other powdered products.

Recommended probably one of the btter mass/recovery product. its so basic but so important. if you want to grow you need carbohydrates to replace your glycogen so your muscles have ATP(adenosine triphosphate)for energy. Yea you can eat a potatoe or something like that after your workout for carbs but this is easy quick and you dont bloat up. you just put a scook in your protein shake and your good to go. drink it quickly or it turns gelatinous.
