I'm 15 years old (will be 16 in December), 5'11", and about 140 lbs.  I am currently taking whey protein before and after my workout.  I workout about 4 days a week, and pretty hard.  My goal is to be about 160 pounds by June.  I really also want to increase my squat and bench max.  My squat is pathetic, about 195.  My bench is alright, it's at 145.  I would like some advice on possibly a supplement or drink that would help me bulk up and get stronger.

What's your diet like chief? If you aren't eating right, no supplement is going to help you.

Recently, I have been trying to eat a lot more calories.  Usually like 3,000-3,500.  I am also trying to eat more protein and carbs.  Just a lot more food in general!

Ok, sounds like you're on the right track, but just to make sure, give us a meal by meal example;

Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp peanut butter
etc
etc.

Like Petey said, well need an example of a  days intake to really be able to judge how much and how fast. Ill tell you that you can get to 160 alot quicker than by june if you want to but You have to really be on top of your diet. At 15 you will see great results from just a good protein (Optimum 100% Whey) or weight gainer (Optimum Pro Complex). Add a decent multivitamin (Opti-Men). Also Creatine will really help you to put on some quick size and strength. Use heavy weight in the 2-6 range to up that bench and squat; where your at is really not bad for your age. If you use these supplements and really went at it I think you could get up to 160 by February.

it take patience to really get the body you want, i myself am a hard gainer, about 3 years ago, i couldnt get above 130 and now im 165, all lean muscle, with a six pack to match( check out the pic), its easy to get cut but gaining is the problem for us skinny guys, we can still hope to one day become muscle bound behemoths, we just have to take our time.
