I am a new member of the board and I wanted to introduce myself.  I am 34 years old 5'8" 180 lbs and 12% body fat.  I have been working out since college but I have recently stepped it up.  I have been reaching for a 350 single bench press for years.  I recently buckled down and added about 30lbs to my bench to get it up to 325 for a legal single (no bounce).  I want to hit 350 by the time I reach 35 in April, any supplement advice?  I currently take Kre-Alkalyn and whey protein.  I lift before work 4 times a week.  I do my cardio at night, usually light but once a week I play indoor soccer.  My diet is pretty clean, other than a few beers after work on Friday, and I eat plenty of protein.  Thanks in advance for your help.

do you, body build or strength train ? it makes a huge difference to your gains...
2-6 reps strength, sets 3-5
8-12 body building, sets 5- and upp
this is a rule of thumb, might not apply for you thou..
