hey everyone,
New member, i have been working out for a while but never really got into it. But know my whole life is revolving around it im married and have a baby on the way. I started using sp 250 worked great now i am starting a cutting cycle using Lipo 6 black. Is there anything i should be taking with lipo 6 to help out. i know about recovery and drinking a good protien shake afterwards. Also when i decide to get back on a bulking i am going to use jack3d so should i be taking something while i am working out what is something thats good? how long should i be doing my workouts i lift 3-4 times a week and the others days i do plyo, some yoga and cardio. did this sound ok or am i overtraining? well its nice to find a place were i can ask questions to help out with my new found love for working out

Welcome to the site and congrats on having a baby onthe way. My second child will be born here very soon so I know what an incredible feeling it is to be a father.
So to answer your question. The most important thing to remember when cutting is that your diet will ultimately decide how much fat and weight you lose. Don't over look this aspect and rely only on the supplement to do all the work. Look into a ckd diet, as many on this site will agree is best for cutting. Petey wrote an excellent write up on it, so I encourage you to look that up and ask him questions. As far as a preworkout goes, if your taking the lipo 6 black before you workout that should supply with the energy needed to fuel your workout. I would look into taking either xtend or purple wraath intra workout to help preserve your lean muscle and help fuel your workout as well. Any other questions that you have, ask away.
By the way how did you enjoy sp250?

SUPER PUMP WAS GREAT, i love the energy and the pumps i got from it. Im doing a cutting cycle right now when i get done with this im going to move to jack3d. I never had any of the ill side effects from sp 250 the only problem i had was dry mouth from it and not be able to go to sleep when i wanted to. but as for the workouts they were absolutly nuts i would push out crazy amounts of wieght and reps for my size
