With football season coming to an end, I'm having some problems deciding what to get. I tried N.O. Explode and the first few times I took it, I got good pumps and results, but after a few times of taking it, I noticed the results fading which wasn't good. So i tried Super Pump 250 and the results were amazing. The very first time i took it it was a bench day and i only took 1 1/2 scoops and didn't feel anything, but then i took 2 scoops and they were amazing i was squatting more then ever. I would like to continue this, but when i took this, i was going to the bathroom more then i was lifting. So my real question is, is there anyway i can get these results and not use the bathroom so much? by the way i'm eating 2 hours before i take it as instructed. please respond if you know anything.

Running to the bathroom is a very common side effect with many who have taken this product. As I am sure that you have read most of the reviews on this site regarding sp250, you will see that the underlying theme is the same with many. I have not tried SP250 so I cant comment on it too much, however I would not be able to stand running back and forth from the weights to the bathroom I personally would lose focus.
I can recommend though that you look into trying either Jack3d by USPLabs or Animal Pump from Universal Nutrition. Both are solid products that truly deliver when it comes to Pre workout products.

Ive had pretty good results wuth superpump also and really like the product. It really gets me amped and for some reason the tangy taste stuck of me and as soon as I take a sip I start hyping myself up. I dont really have the ish break problem that so many claim to get and heres what I do. Usually I hit the pot about an hour or two before I lift and I eat one to one and a half hours before I lift and I dont have much of a problem with that. If it really bothers you then go with what Dozer said and try out jack3d or AP.
