I noticed most people have reviewed this as an intra workout supp, but I use it solely as a PWO drink to raise insulin.
In my opinion there are far better intra workout drinks out there that you can use and they all taste much better than this.
It's a bit chaulky and might take a little while to get used to. I mix mine with half the amount of water ( 6 to 8 OZ ) and chug it.

This is a good intra-workout supplement. Helped sustain my energy level while working out. It tasted awful at first, but I eventually got used to it and I really don't mind the taste anymore. I'd say it's a pretty good product and would recommend it.

I just started taking this not to long ago and it seems to work well. My work outs usually last 1.5-2.5hrs and it carrys me through the full routine.

Great product. Increases my pumps and endurance when training. Taste isn't awesome but you get used to it. And for the price you can't beat it. If you haven't tried a waxy-maize product... you should.
