Maybe Recommended Tried a sample packet of it from GNC employee perks. It tastes pretty sweet, but it's super good, like drinking sunny-d. Cool Citurs is good; mixes well, works well. Not bad, but I'll stick to Xtend for a while.

Recommended It really does help keep you going as long as you can stomach it. I have a stomach of iron so I'm not affected by stuff like this as much as other people seem to be.

Recommended Cheap and very effective. Many weightlifters avoid this product thinking it is only beneficial cyclists and runners. This can be taken before and during a workout providing an amazing boost in "muscle endurance". I have noticed significant differences when taking and not taking. It is also cheap and can be taken during during phases of weight loss because of the minimal sugar content.

NOT Recommended I changed my mind about Cytomax and have stopped using it. I drank it at the "Death Ride" (129 miles, 15,000 ft elevation gain) and felt like I was dying. There is something in it that makes it indigestible. It caused abdominal pain, gas, cramping, and I spent a lot of time over the last 50 miles in the porta-potties. It may be OK taken in small quantities. It tastes good and therefore you may be likely to drink more than you would if you were drinking just water and avoid dehydration. But don't drink too much and don't drink it on a long ride. The negative effects far outweigh any possible benefits it may give you in terms of performance.

Recommended it does help out energy wise and definitely helps out with hydration (electrolytes, easy to drink because it tastes good, mixes easy) but i cant say that it gives the crazy results that the can promises, even when used exactly as directed.

Recommended I finished a century ride of 121 miles and 8000 feet of elevation gain and I owe it all to Cytomax.
