
Artic Berry tastes great, although, it doesn't tastes like berries. Provides me with a quick
recovery, have noticed strength gains as well as lean mass. Mass / muscle may be due to current workouts and lots of protein but it definitely works in the strength department.
Will get clumps at the bottom of the shaker. Make sure to stir vigorously with a fork the moment you drop it in water, don't even let it sink or settle or you will get clumps. Don't waste time putting the cap back on. Just stir and drink in 15 seconds.
1 tub costs me $85 AUD, will last about 2 months at the rate that i take it (about 6 times a week). It's too expensive if you follow the instructions by the letter, worth it you only use it after a workout.
Tried to stack it with No Xplode (doesn't work for me). Currently using no
pre workout supp, eating before a workout, occasionally using ON's
CGT-10.
CellMass post workout, In between meals i have 2 scoops
Syntha-6, 2 scoopes
Nitro Core 24 and 1 scoop ON's
Pro Complex.
Will soon be adding
SciVation's
Xtend to the mix.
While direction advise to consume 2wice a day on workout and non workout days, i find that consuming
CellMass on non workout days will occasionally give me really bad gas, a tummy ache and i'll have to sh!t it out. This happens after taking
CellMass too long after food (1.5-2 hours). Normally consuming
CellMass 30-45 mins after food does not have this effect on me.
