Hey guys just wanted to give a quick review of the new MyoFusion now with whey hydrolysate just hit the shelves at Vitamin Shoppe for $25.00 for a 2lb tub. Same protein blend. The got milk chocolate and the taste is about the same but the texture is a little smoother and easier to mix now with the hydro whey. It's 25 grams of protein in each scoop. You can use 1-2 it will all absorb since casein protein is slow to digest over time. I've try alot of protein powders and I choose this because it's a good protein blend can be used for mornings, nights , and even better to use for post workouts. Alot of brands are moving towards the hydro whey, gaspari came out with a great product and for good value. Other companies charge robbing in my opinion because it's hydro whey is the " new" thing until something else comes out

Ok, I have tried NO Xplode, Extreme Xpand, JackD and Superpump. I would rate Jackd best out of that bunch followed by Xpand, NO Xplode and then Superpump. Being skeptical of LG's products I was somewhat reluctant to try ASGT, but when BodyBuilding.com was offering a free container of BCAA's with it I had to try it out. The first thing I noticed about this product says to give an hour before hitting the gym, unlike Jackd which I would take about a half hour before. Started with one scoop, noticed some energy, but what I really liked about this product was how it helped me focus more and also it made me want to stay in the gym longer than normal. Next workout I decided to take two scoops, in which I got more of an energy rush, plus the focus and also a pretty good pump. I would like to mention that my pump on this product was better than with Jackd, but however I do like the energy that Jackd gave me in comparison to ASGT. I will defintly be buying another bottle of this in the future. Oh and it dose have a different taste to it, but you will get use to it:)

Amazing product. Just finished my first bottle, lost 15 lbs in a month and my body is looking a lot leaner. I didn't get insomnia from it but I did get a bit of anxiety (which I already have) but made it a little worse. It is very potent, I can't take the recommended dose of 3 pills a day so I just stick with 2 and it works for me. My main concern is when I have to take a break after the 2nd month. I don't want to gain the weight back. Can any one recommend another product I can take while on the break from OEP?

What do you think would be a better product for an 18 year old college student...Animal Pm or Musclepharms Bulletproof??

Also this is my first (and probably only) weight loss/diet pill... thingy.

Here is my question, I don't like rummaging through what, appear to me, ads and random junk about this product so I'm going to ask a series of very blunt questions.

Basically, as I said this is my first weight loss pill thing and I am just curious what to expect. I've been doing some reading on this site and apparently I've been doing some stuff wrong. For instance, this is my first day taking the product and I have no appitate and didn't eat after thirty minutes of my first dose.

So here are my questions
Eating plan - what should I do because this thing has curbed my appitiate and I'm a big guy (6'1", 230 lbs (and losing :D) and a five year weight trainer/coach)

Secondly - what can I expect when it comes to side effects, so far I've experienced a slight euphoria from using the stim and I just recently took my second dose (one pill for now, one pill at breakfast) this afternoon and am really REALLY jittery, not bad but feel like a mild sugar high.

And thirdly, any other added info you guys feel like sharing!
